Your new responsibilities
- Support Engineer to setup process qualification for new product in development phase.
- Support Engineer to execute Design Of Experiment (DOE) & Qual run flawlessly.
- Perform new machine qualification to enable new process flow during product development phase.
- Willing to hand-on, learn and operate semiconductor machine.
- Experience in Dicing process is preferred.
- Perform basic data collection, analysis and report
- Establish/review process control and monitoring.
- Proactive trigger anomaly during qualification build phase.
- Able to work in night shift if there’s urgent build.
- Willing to travel to between AMK and Tampines site if there are build. (Transport will be arranged).

What we look for
- Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably 1 to 3 years exposure to Semiconductor backend industry.
- Basic engineering knowledge and basic backend machine troubleshooting skill.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
