Buyer [yearly Renewable Contract]

**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to the following**:
- To manage commodities such as Packaging, Hardware, Label, Heatsink, Power Cord and Mechanical parts;
- Work closely with vendors on new orders, reschedule and cancelation of Open orders;
- Ensure Just In Time (JIT) deliveries;
- Review estimated time of arrivals for open POs so as to meet weekly target inventory and production demands;
- Work with suppliers on PO issuance and shipping arrangements;
- Expedite highly critical deliveries in order to meet business needs;
- Attend to urgent customers’ or suppliers’ requests or critical issues when necessary;
- Creation and Maintenance of SAP Master Data
- Ensure pricing accuracy
- Inventory management;
- Support NPI project;
- Project Management on material supports
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs
**Requirements**:
- Preferably 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Diploma and above in any disciplines
- Experience in SAP a huge plus
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
