Job Title: Early Childhood Educator ">

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to support our teaching team in delivering high-quality education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the main teacher to develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum framework. ">
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. ">
  • Prepare and set up engaging learning materials and resources for daily activities. ">
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as songs, games, and storytelling that promote language and literacy skills. ">
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy, organized, and resourceful classroom that reflects our centre's commitment to excellence. ">
  • Support the observation and recording of children's development and progress. ">
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. ">
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues when required. ">
  • Adhere to our centre's policies, guidelines, and confidentiality standards. ">
  • Provide guidance to children on developing respect for themselves, others, and their environment. ">

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education, or relevant experience in an early childhood setting. ">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ">
  • A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality education. ">
  • Ability to work under the guidance of the main teacher and within a collaborative team environment. ">
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our centre's policies at all times. ">
