Job Title: Young Children Educator

  • Teaching Materials Preparation: The Early Years Educator will prepare teaching materials that are designed to promote active learning, creativity, and critical thinking skills in young children.

Classroom Management: To create a positive and inclusive learning environment, the educator will implement strategies that foster engagement, respect, and empathy among students and staff.

Safety and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and safe environment is essential in any educational setting. The Early Years Educator will ensure that all relevant standards and regulations are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education, or relevant qualification is required.
  • Teaching Certification: Possession of ECDA's Teacher Certification is essential.
  • Passion for Teaching: Demonstrating a genuine passion for teaching young children, with a focus on their educational and emotional development.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years related experience in early childhood education is required.
