Early Childhood Care and Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) specialist. As a key member of our preschool team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and helping them develop into confident and curious learners.

  • Facilitate integration programmes, ensuring that our school is open and operational for daily activities.
  • Provide shadow support during lessons and activities, promoting learning and development among children.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan engaging learning environments and activities that cater to the needs of each child.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining learning resources and materials that foster creativity and imagination.
  • Support teachers in preparing developmental profiles for each child, highlighting their strengths and areas for growth.
  • Ensure seamless daily routines, including mealtime, nap time, and administering medication, while promoting a sense of community and belonging among children.
  • Work closely with parents and the wider community to promote the holistic development of children.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly newsletters and class blogs, showcasing the achievements and experiences of our children.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certificate in ECCE or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 GCE 'O' Level credits, including English and Mother Tongue.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in early childhood settings.
  • Excellent routine and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity and passion for inclusive preschool education.
  • The ability to work effectively with young children and their families.
