As a Digital Transformation Analyst , you will support cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and implementing digital solutions to streamline business processes and enhance customer experiences. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem-solver eager to learn about emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, automation) while gaining hands‐on experience in strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify opportunities for digital optimization. Collaborate with IT, operations, and marketing teams to support the rollout of digital tools (e.g., CRM platforms, workflow automation software). Collect and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Research emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, RPA) and propose actionable insights for adoption. Document process flows, user requirements, and project outcomes. Participate in agile project management frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new tools and workflows. Stay updated on industry trends Requirements Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field with good communication skills Prior working experience in digital transformation or exposure in AI / RPA / data in school modules or projects would be a strong pluS #J-18808-Ljbffr
