**Job Description**:
The Role

We’re looking for a highly capable, technically grounded Digital Transformation Intern who brings both implementation skill and business thinking. You will support and co-drive projects across multiple companies, helping them streamline operations, improve decision-making, and go digital — with real tools, real ROI, and real-world complexity.

You will work closely with our founder and partner network to scope, design, and deliver digital transformation projects across our six core service areas.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute directly across the following capabilities:

- Digital Strategy & Roadmapping
Map business processes, identify friction points, and help develop structured transformation plans tailored to SME budgets and growth goals.
- Systems Implementation & Integration
Evaluate, configure, and implement core business systems (ERP, CRM, POS); support integration, automation, and vendor management.
- Data & Analytics Enablement
Build dashboards and data models that provide real-time operational and financial insights; use data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- E-Commerce & Digital Sales Infrastructure
Help deploy digital sales solutions (e.g. Shopify, mobile POS, CRM retention workflows), and connect these to backend operations and inventory tools.
- AI Enablement & Strategic Innovation
Identify and deploy SME-relevant AI tools (e.g. content automation, predictive analytics) and ensure business alignment and ease of adoption.
- Change Management & Staff Enablement
Document workflows, digitize SOPs, and create user onboarding materials to ensure adoption sticks across SME teams and owners.

Who You Are
- Post-MBA student, or pursuing/completing a degree idn Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related computing field
- Prior experience in digital consulting, systems implementation, business transformation, or startup operations
- Strong interest in working at the intersection of business, technology, and execution
- Highly analytical, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Fluent in business language and technical detail — able to bridge founder-level conversations and implementation needs
