Job Description

The Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Receivables Product Manager is a role within APAC Payments. You are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of global strategic initiatives in the region, while also catering to local priorities, demands, and market dynamics. Key initiatives include Integrated Receivables Solution, Receivables Online, development of the Alternative Methods of Collection Payments aggregator model, Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment, and partnerships with fintechs.

As an APAC Regional Receivables Product Manager, you will oversee the execution of regional and global initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional market needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global levels from end-to-end.
  • Drive commercialization, client acquisition, and collaborate with Sales & Product Sales Solutions to understand and fulfill client requirements.
  • Define end-to-end business flows related to Treasury Services Receivables. Work with functional partners to align operational, service delivery, and systems architecture supporting Receivables flows.
  • Analyze detailed business requirements for Treasury Services Payment Services, consolidating requirements with Product Managers and other partners.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a product manager or in analyzing and documenting Business Requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams, with strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive execution; creative problem solver.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in Receivables and Payment product management is preferred.
  • May require travel.
