**Responsibilites**:
- Co-define the product strategy and roadmap for Codashop and associated products
- Partnering with engineering to build products and customer experiences that delight our users and partners
- Drive measurable business impacts working closely with our International, Marketing, Product Ops, Leadership, and other teams.
- Define feature visions, epics, and roadmaps gathering requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Active prioritization of backlogs that are optimized against benefit tradeoffs
- Write agile user stories and validate product ideas with stakeholders
- Make data-driven decisions with developers, QA, product designers, and analysts to constantly deliver incremental, tangible value to the customer
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management
- Creative problem solving and the ability to think on their feet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to technical and business audiences
- Go-getter ready to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
- Self-directed, with proven ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within a fast-paced e-business environment
- An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with agile product development
- Experience in e-commerce, content aggregator, or payments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
