Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business needs and technology teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions for core banking projects.
Conduct and support process-led workshops (PLWs) to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), data mapping, migration plans, reporting, and user guides.
Propose innovative, scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks.
Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and system enhancements across T24/Transact core banking projects.
Coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors during project management, development, testing, migration, training, and production release phases.
Ensure system solutions are aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk management practices.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing status updates, change logs, and escalating issues when necessary.
Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage requirements, prioritisation, and delivery.
Qualifications
12-15 years of IT business analysis experience focused on Temenos Transact/T24 Core Banking, with strong Private Banking domain expertise.
Proven experience handling multiple T24 modules such as Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds), Cash Accounts & Deposits (AA, AC, MM, FD), Corporate Actions, Payments (TPH), Fees & Tax, Accounting/EOX, Credit Products (Mortgages, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), and Derivatives (Options, Structured Products).
Strong knowledge of Private Banking products with exposure to relevant Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY etc.).
Hands-on experience in conducting PLWs, advising new processes, and supporting system implementation projects.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with practical experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
