We are seeking a highly experienced
Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst
with deep expertise in
Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Private Banking implementations ,
automation projects (including RPA) , and hands-on experience in business analysis within global enterprise-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end Private Banking implementations
across
TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH .
Work extensively on asset classes including:
Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs
Forex, Forwards, NDFs
Conduct PLW sessions, prepare gap lists, and produce high-quality documentation (HLSD, FSD, user stories).
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders in an
Agile environment .
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
Anchor
Pre-Sales solutioning
for large multi-entity/multi-country Private Banking programs.
Drive
practice management activities , including:
Building teams
Organizing functional/technical training
Developing accelerators and reusable assets
Ensure effective communication of technical and business concepts across diverse teams.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
12 years’ experience
as a
Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst .
Proven expertise in
Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules .
Strong knowledge of
international Private Banking operations .
Experience in
automation and RPA projects .
At least
2 full-cycle Private Banking implementations
with focus on
Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Forex, NDFs, etc .
Business Analysis certification (CBAP)
and/or
Agile methodology certification
preferred.
Hands-on business analysis experience: requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA .
