Business Analyst – Temenos T24

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 implementations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications aligned with T24 modules (AA, LD, FT, MM, FX).
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and define functional workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align solutions.
  • Candidates with IT business analysis, system engineering & support, focussed on Core - - - Banking with Private Banking domain expertise

  • Preferred with most of the experience in handling Credit Products (e.g. Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), Derivatives (e.g. Options, Structured Products) and Securities (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).

  • Have a good understanding of products offered in the Private Banking with Transact modules exposure (AA – Arrangement Architecture, MD - Guarantees, SC - Securities, DX - Derivatives, SY – Structured Products etc).

  • Support UAT, test case design, and issue resolution.

  • Assist in go-live and post-implementation support.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 (AA, Lending, Funds Transfer, Treasury).
  • Good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test plans.
  • Basic SQL and data validation skills.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to Temenos Infinity or digital banking platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Temenos certification is a plus
