Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst

Description Overview 1 A minimum of 12 years experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst with expertise on Securities Derivatives Structured Products and Treasury modules 2 Good working knowledge of international Private Banking and experience in handling Automation projects process automations and especially worked in RPA projects 3 Experience in at least 2 end to end Private Banking implementations covering TAP TDS T24 and TDH with focus on the following areasa Private Banking Equities Mutual Funds Bonds Private Equity IPOb Forex Forwards NDFs 4 Certification in Business Analysis CBAP Agile methodology preferred Must have worked on global enterprise scale application developments and implementations preferably in an Agile environment 5 Must have Hands on experience as a Business Analysta In conducting PLW sessions and preparing Gap listb in writing HLSD FSDuser stories and working with scrum team and Product Owners 6 Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written English communication skills 7 Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts models and technical information to a nontechnical audience and business information to technical audience 8 Demonstrates creative thinking by generating new ideas and concepts and identifying new ways of doing things 9 Strong problem solving skills to perform root cause analysis 10 Ability to quickly absorb and learn new systems methodologies and types of information 11 Ability to facilitate workshops discussions and meetings with stakeholders at all levels 13 Ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members 14 Capable of working independently to resolve issues andor identify solutions 15 Possesses strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage negotiations so that acceptable agreement between multiple parties is obtained 16 Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Confluence JIRA 17 Experience in anchoring PreSales solutioning for large multientity or Multicountry Private Banking implementations 18 Experience in Practice Management including building of Team Organizing functional technical trainings Building of assets Accelerators When you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the Tech Aalto Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Tech Aalto’s website ( Confidentiality is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.
