Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to act as a bridge between business requirements and technology solutions for Temenos T24. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing technical specifications, supporting development, and ensuring IT systems meet functional and non-functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis between current systems and proposed solutions.
  • Work with developers and solution architects to design and validate technical solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, interface designs, and data mapping documentation.
  • Support SIT/UAT, clarify technical issues, and ensure timely defect resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in requirement analysis and system design.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle/DB2), APIs, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
  • Proven ability to prepare and review technical specifications and design documents.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
