Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Temenos T24/Transact Lead Technical Analyst with strong hands-on development expertise in T24 & TAFJ R23+, multi-company environments, and Private Banking modules. The role involves leading technical delivery, designing scalable solutions, coordinating with business and technology teams, and ensuring robust, high-quality implementations across core banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical solutions on T24 and TAFJ R23+ including customizations, integrations, and enhancements
  • Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex T24 solutions
  • Build scalable interfaces, local developments, and streaming-based integrations
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Change, Engineering, and Project Managers
  • Provide clear project updates and maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Lead and manage technical resources within a SAFe Agile environment
  • Work with tools such as Design Studio, GitLab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, JIRA, AWA, and Temenos Unit Test Framework
  • Use monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk for performance and issue analysis
  • Apply strong knowledge of T24 COB, Services Framework, IRIS, MQ, Interaction & Integration frameworks
  • Participate in review meetings and contribute to solution architecture
  • Understand deployment architecture, Oracle DB basics, and Linux scripting

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technical development experience in Temenos T24/Transact
  • Deep understanding of Private Banking modules
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and STP processes
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and drive delivery
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into efficient technical solutions

Technical Skills – Must Have

  • T24 R23+, TAFJ R23+, and Infobasic coding
  • Multi-company and multi-application server experience
  • Hands-on with Design Studio, SQL Developer, job schedulers, cloud-based T24 development
  • Experience with Temenos Unit Test Framework
  • Knowledge of Integration Framework, Event Streaming, IRIS, MQ, JBOSS
  • Strong understanding of T24 COB & Services framework

Technical Skills – Good to Have

  • Experience in T24 upgrades, data migration, and performance optimisation
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Tivoli, Dynatrace, Splunk)
  • Understanding of Oracle DB, Linux scripts, deployment architecture

Functional Expertise (Preferred)

Experience in one or more modules:

  • Securities, Cash/Deposits (AA, AC, MM, FD), Corporate Actions, Payments (TPH), Fees & Tax, EOX, Credit Products (Mortgage, Lombard, Guarantees),Derivatives
