Senior Valuation Expert

Are you a seasoned expert in valuation with a strong academic background and professional qualifications? Do you have extensive experience in leading valuation engagements and developing commercial value drivers? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Valuation Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of valuation engagements for businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments.
  • Develop and analyse financial models to assess commercial data and create financial forecasts.
  • Pitch for new work by preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships before, during, and after engagements.
  • Supervise and mentor associates and interns on valuation and valuation-related services.
  • Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic background with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM.
  • Minimum 5 years' valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting and/or professional services firm.
  • Strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts, with proficiency in financial instruments valuation.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
  • A self-motivated individual who understands financial issues within a commercial context and is able to operate within a team environment.
