As a Senior Valuation Professional, you will play a key role in providing expert valuation advice to clients across various industries. Your expertise will be sought after by companies looking to make informed investment decisions, conduct mergers and acquisitions, or resolve financial disputes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including corporate finance, accounting, and tax professionals, to deliver high-quality valuation services. This may involve conducting complex financial modeling, analyzing data, and researching industry best practices.

One of your key responsibilities will be to assist in the development and implementation of valuation models that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. You will also contribute to the creation of engaging proposals and pitches to win new business and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independent valuations for complex financial instruments, businesses, and assets, including derivatives, equity, and debt securities.
  • Develop and analyze financial models, assessing assumptions and data to ensure accurate valuations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in valuation, applying this knowledge to improve our service offerings.
  • Assist in pitching for new engagements, developing compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members on valuation and related services, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will work closely with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and tools is also crucial, as you will need to effectively utilize these resources to deliver results-oriented solutions.

Requirements">

To excel in this role, you will possess a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Financial Mathematics, or a related field. Professional certifications, such as CFA or FRM, are highly valued but not required.

A minimum of 6 years' experience in valuation or a related field is necessary, preferably gained within an accounting or professional services firm. A strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations is also expected.
