Job Overview

The Valuation Manager plays a pivotal role in leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. Key responsibilities include participating in leadership meetings, driving strategic initiatives, and managing project pitches and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members to produce deliverables within scope and quality expectations while maintaining timely delivery to clients.
  • Effectively manage risk through CBRE's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program and VAS Quality Risk Management (QRM) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on various real estate sectors/projects relevant to valuation works.
  • Perform valuations using established valuation methods aligned with RICS standards.
  • Collaborate with management to identify valuation opportunities, develop, and maintain a robust client base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • RICS qualification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results under senior staff guidance.
