Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead process optimization initiatives within our Life Science and Technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for electronic batch records in a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Review and test Process Instructions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Configure and manage SAP master data to support MES integration, ensuring seamless data exchange and process efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough gap assessments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
  • Author and revise Process SOPs in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operational standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including automation, Quality Assurance, and manufacturing to drive process excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MES implementation in biopharmaceutical operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proven ability to develop close working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
