Optimize Life Science Processes

We are seeking an accomplished Process Optimization Specialist to support the design, development and implementation of process improvements within the Life Science sector.
About the RoleThis is a key opportunity to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist on site with a client. As a member of our technical team, you will be responsible for optimizing process equipment, troubleshooting process issues, ensuring compliance with quality control processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support process validation and characterization studies by developing protocols and reports in accordance with relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to arrange, plan and execute process validation activities.
- Lead/support relevant process change management and implementation activities.
- Manage process validation and characterization studies and associated deviation root cause analysis (RCA) and investigations.
- Support technology transfer of new products/processes, including field testing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biologics manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
