This C-suite-reporting role is crucial for their regional expansion and impact.about the jobThis position is a leadership role combining strategy, team management, and hands-on community development across multiple markets: Regional Strategy & Growth: Define and execute the strategy for scaling thousands of communities on major digital platforms (e.g., closed groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook) across three key markets. Team & Partnerships: Lead a team of Community Managers and build high-trust partnerships with key influencers and brand partners to drive joint initiatives. Engagement & Programs: Design and run both online and offline programs (workshops, campaigns) to increase user loyalty, trust, and active participation. Insights & Advocacy: Act as the voice of the community internally, using data and KPIs (retention, satisfaction, growth) to inform product development and measure success. skills and experience requiredThe client is looking for a leader with 8+ years of relevant experience, including: Proven success building and scaling digital communities across platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Groups. Strong background in people management and leading teams across multiple regions (SG/MY/ID experience is a major plus). Expertise in influencer marketing, social media marketing and running engaging community programs/events.
