We are seeking a skilled Control Algorithm Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced robotic surgical systems.

The successful candidate will work on cross-functional projects to develop and deliver new technical solutions, leveraging expertise in robotics, AI, and smart design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop algorithms for detecting or controlling surgical instruments.
  • Create kinematics algorithms to control master controllers.
  • Design control strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.
  • Familiarity with Linux and popular programming languages like C/C++ and Matlab.
  • Experience in robotic system development, particularly with flexible, cable-driven systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as close liaison with our China HQ is required.
