Automotive MNC 5day work week Good Remuneration Package Responsibilities Data Verification & Entry Verify, enter and update data into company systems accurately and efficiently. Assist and/or lead process or system developments and improvements to generate greater efficiencies for the department and wide company, including working closely with cross‐functional departments. Managing system data and operations related to pricing including system price updates and proper documentation for audit trails. Assist with sell‐in price analyses, taking into consideration SKU margins, positioning and overall company targets. Perform periodic reviews of SI/ST/SO price ensuring pricing strategy and company targets are being met. Sales Team performance monitoring and reporting on KPIs monthly. Maintaining and leveraging reports and dashboards to clearly present insights to internal stakeholders including Sales Team and Top Management. Requirements 1-2 years' experience on administrative tasks in a corporate environment. Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with analysing data and translating to business insight (Analytical skill) is a plus. No Experience Welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders of all levels including confidently following up on pending topics. Highly motivated to learn with strong initiative. Well-structured in thinking, problem‐solving and execution. Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast‐paced environment.
