Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead projects from design stage through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Running projects independently and with finesse
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients and consultants
  • Guiding and working independently or with team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry
  • Well-versed in local building codes and regulations with various authorities
  • Proficient in CAD programs, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Able to manage timelines and work well in a team or individual setting
  • Sensible designer with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong technical skills in CAD programs and building information modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
