
Customer Liaison Executive

Key Primary Roles & Responsibilities
1.Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication or interactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships through delivering actionable insights based on customer feedback.
Assist with onboarding and educating customers on the shops process and capabilities
2.Issue Handling & Resolution
Manage complaints or feedback and take ownership to resolve issues promptly.
Translate customer needs into actionable steps for teams (e.g., operations, engineering, service) and follow up on orders or service requests to ensure satisfactorily delivery.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
3.Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (sales, support, operations line) to address customer needs.
Coordinate and facilitate internal workflow (operations line, workshops, ops support, support) to ensure on-time delivery
Consolidate production status, expected delivery date and attend Production meeting
4.Billing, Reporting & Sales Support
Chase for work approval and consolidate all work done across BMWS for the specific Customer for billing
Assist in Compiling postmortem reports (e.g., trends, KPIs, and recurring issues) & suggest continuous improvement and possible upselling opportunities
Maintain records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Aviation or MRO industry
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent team player with analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and time management for handling multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
