Park Bäckerei has opened its doors last year at Icon Village in Tanjong Pagar , an artsy bakery cafe with a focus on German baked goods and covering dine in , retail/take-away , and catering settings. Our baked good range includes authentic hand-crafted pretzels, sweet laugenbuns, stuffed bagels and other mouth-watering baked goods, using only the highest quality ingredients. You will be working side by side with other passionate chefs, bakers and kitchen crews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for production of high-volume Pretzel doughs outside of operating hours
  • Inventory taking and tracking of stocks
  • Assisting in Quality control and tracking
  • Hand-over to Day-Crew

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience working with dough
  • Fast learner able to pick up and retain manual skills quickly and apply consistently
  • Ability to work at pace independently with limited supervision
  • Accountable and reliable personality
  • Attention to quality, consistency and detail
