**Job Title: Baker**
**Location**: Central Kitchen, Taiseng, Singapore
**Working Hours**:
- Morning Shift: 7am - 4pm
- Night Shift: 11pm - 7am
- 6 days a week
**Experience**: Minimum 4 years experience as a Baker
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes or customer requests
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as necessary to ensure proper baking
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for consistency and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production timelines
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Baker, with knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work both morning and night shifts as required
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or equipment
