Shopee Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to lead our Shopee performance marketing efforts across Southeast Asia's biggest marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Shopee Ads, display, and search.
  • Launch and scale Shopee stores from scratch, including store setup, listings, creative, pricing, promotions.
  • Run end-to-end mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, and optimize storefronts, SEO, product content, and A+ listings to drive conversions.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): CTR, ROAS, AOV, CVR, and push them up month-on-month.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of launching or growing brands on Shopee.
  • Expertise in Shopee Ads Manager and ability to maximize budget efficiency.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and love for testing and iterating.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move quickly to achieve goals.
