Assist to analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements. Assist to prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, including all systems, products, and services to the client specifications for management review and approval. Prepare and develop technical presentations. Manage pre and post tender documentation & clarifications. Perform other duties as assigned. Project Responsibilities Coordinate project and site activities. Monitor the progress of the project schedule. Source required equipment, materials, contractors, and prepare Purchase Orders and Sub-Contracting Agreements. Evaluate progress claims from sub-contractors. Prepare and submit monthly progress/variation order claims to clients. Assist the Project Manager in overseeing site works, including safety, quality, and other compliance matters. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying Course. Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in the construction sector. Experience in Solar Engineering and Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Auto CAD at a minimum. Able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
