Product Vision to Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Delivery Specialist who will bridge the gap between product strategy and development execution. This role focuses on the how and when of product delivery, complementing the what and why defined by the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Management: Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with overall product strategy.
  • Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery and maximize throughput.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Tactical Prioritization: Continuously prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Requirements Clarification: Provide on-demand clarifications for the development team regarding requirements.
  • Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with QA to define and execute acceptance tests to ensure delivered features meet quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sprint performance and key delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sprint progress and planned deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to sprint execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in tech or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
