Product Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
  • Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products to ensure successful launch.
  • Represent the New Business/Policy Servicing team in product meetings with the team manager to drive business objectives.
  • Draft business requirements for submission to the product delivery committee, ensuring operational requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the technology team on UAT test plans and review/sign off UAT output to guarantee quality.
  • Develop and conduct training on new products for the New Business/Policy Servicing teams to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain post-implementation progress to ensure a smooth product rollout and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document business/handling rules of launched products in existing SOPs/User guides for future reference.
