Production and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production and Delivery Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe Production and Delivery Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the production of rapid test kits, operating basic production equipment, ensuring proper handling of materials, and conducting quality checks. The role also involves preparing, packing, and labeling products for e-commerce orders, handling inventory and stock movement, and coordinating with the operations team to arrange shipments. Additionally, the successful candidate will drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, clients, or partners safely and on time, assist with loading and unloading goods during delivery, and ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the production of rapid test kits.
- Operate basic production equipment.
- Ensure proper handling of materials.
- Conduct quality checks.
- Prepare, pack, and label products for e-commerce orders.
- Handle inventory and stock movement.
- Coordinate with the operations team to arrange shipments.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, clients, or partners.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods during delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle.
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driving license (Class D/B2, depending on vehicle type).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or delivery work (an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to handle light-to-moderate lifting.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic knowledge of production or warehouse safety practices.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
