Vice President, Reward

Responsibilities Strategically direct and deliver annual reward processes, including Benefits & Wellbeing programmes and Reward Communications. Analyze statistics and market trends to provide actionable insights and support stakeholders in making better people decisions. Collaborate with HR stakeholders across SG and APAC to ensure fair and consistent application of reward policies and guidelines. Oversee benefit and wellbeing programmes, benchmark benefits for competitiveness, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Manage external vendor relationships to optimise program delivery and value. Support the Head of Reward, APAC in assessing policy impact on Group HR and APAC strategies. Collaborate with country HR stakeholders to deliver country‑specific and regional reward initiatives. Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing policies, highlight concerns, and advocate for consistent regional policies. Assist in implementation of the Global Grading Project and job evaluation framework, including promotion framework and process in consultation with Head of Compensation, APAC. Design, implement and maintain a compensation framework that aligns risk, outcome and performance to drive a high‑performance culture. Support the annual pay review cycle and promote a pay‑for‑performance agenda across the organization. Manage the regional global mobility programme, including assignment policy governance, cost modelling and coordination with global mobility partners. Provide coverage support for other reward team members away from office or assigned tasks to maintain continuity and effectiveness. Requirements Degree in HR Management. Strong knowledge of labour regulations in APAC, including Singapore. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR/Compensation and Benefits within a multinational company. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Self‑starter with results orientation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms.
