We are looking for an Assistant Vice President, Food & Beverage to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) regional office in Singapore.

As an Assistant Vice President, Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:
Provide leadership and direction of the Hotel F&B Division to ensure the profitability of F&B outlets.
Conduct financial analysis of outlet performance data for revenue optimization opportunities.
Develop new hotel/renovation F&B concept briefs and operating philosophy.
Roll out corporate strategies and initiatives to the hotels.
Develop strategic vision for Region F&B in line with market intelligence and future market trends.
Ensure operating processes and service quality guidelines are adhered to by the hotels.
Assist to develop a talent pipeline for Hotel F&B leaders and specialists.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Has at least 10 years of experience in F&B in a management capacity in an international and luxury hotel brand.
Has worked in a similar capacity with a regional or corporate portfolio (preferred).
Has excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Has a flair for creativity and able to think outside the box.
Has hands-on experience in doing budgets.
