SAP Ariba Support (Short Term Role - 3 to 4 months)Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba modules, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. Serve as the point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Monitor system performance, and liaise with IT teams and external partners to address complex challenges. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP Ariba. Conduct regular training sessions, both virtual and in-person, tailored to user needs and proficiency levels. Create and maintain detailed documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support training initiatives and user self-service. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Ariba updates, features, and best practices to ensure the organization maximizes the platform’s capabilities. Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum related working experience of 2-3 years Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery and user interaction. Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
