EA Licence No: 20S0237About the Role We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst (System) to provide end-to-end support, maintenance, and enhancement of IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AWS Cloud , Oracle Databases, Red Hat/Linux Systems, and automation tools, with solid experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure operations and security. Responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance for the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and problems. Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and performance. Assist in managing Operations, Service Levels, and Contract Administration of infrastructure technologies and services. Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Availability, and Security Management. Review and forecast infrastructure and database capacity requirements for new and existing projects. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance, conducting internal reviews and supporting audits. Manage incident escalations and perform service recovery for major outages impacting users or services. Support infrastructure evaluation and acquisition for user projects. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance At least 3 years' experience managing or maintaining Microsoft Windows and/or RedHat/Linux servers in a cloud environment Strong understanding of security practices across server, database, and network domains Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS): EC2, RDS (Aurora), DynamoDB, Lambda, VPC, Firewall, Route53, ELB, EKS Experience with Red Hat Linux, Oracle, and Windows Server environments Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, and MySQL/PostgreSQL Familiarity with SAST, DAST, and Software Composition Analysis tools Knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu, AWS CLI, Ansible, Postman, and SFTP/OpenSSH Strong scripting knowledge in Bash/Shell, Python, and PowerShell #J-18808-Ljbffr
