Platform Operations Engineer (Associate / Consultant / Senior Consultant) – Network / Server / Data Centre / Cloud Employment Type: Contract – 24 months Location: Mapletree Business City, 10 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore. (Onsite at client office – Government Agency)Salary Range: (depending on experience and seniority)Company: NTT Data Singapore About the Role We are seeking passionate Platform Operations Engineers across multiple levels (Associate / Consultant / Senior Consultant) to join our team supporting large-scale ICT infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-level infrastructure services, managing data centre operations, and ensuring reliable, secure, and sustainable systems for public sector agencies. This role is based onsite at a government agency office in Mapletree Business City. Key Responsibilities Deliver enterprise infrastructure services (network, servers, backup, desktop). Manage data centre & server room operations to ensure service continuity. Drive new initiatives & enhancements in network/server technologies. Collaborate with internal teams & vendors to deliver infrastructure service projects. Work with central ICT capability teams to design best-fit infrastructure solutions. Oversee monitoring, incident resolution, and change management. Manage procurement lifecycle: budgeting, vendor selection, invoicing. Develop and track IT budget forecasts and expenditure. Serve as the point-of-contact for infrastructure projects & new initiatives. Support architecture review & governance processes to ensure resilience and sustainability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. 2–10 years' relevant experience in ICT infrastructure operations (network, server, data centre, or cloud). Strong technical knowledge of network & server administration, infrastructure security, and system monitoring. Hands‐on experience in data centre operations, vendor management, disaster recovery. Prior exposure to Singapore Government IT systems (advantage).
