Job Title: Project Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to assist clients in scheduling and project planning for maintenance, turnarounds, and brown field projects by optimizing resources and managing progress. They advise project teams on best practices and strategies to stay on track.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CPM Scheduling, Microsoft PowerPoint, Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Office, Job Scheduling, Project Planning, Primavera P6, Project Management, Excel, Presentation Skills, Microsoft Project, Resource Management, and Advanced Scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules using CPM and other scheduling tools.
  • Assist project teams in planning and coordinating project activities.
  • Conduct resource leveling and optimization analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in CPM Scheduling, Microsoft PowerPoint, Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Office, Job Scheduling, Project Planning, Primavera P6, Project Management, Excel, Presentation Skills, Microsoft Project, Resource Management, and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
