Financial Accounts Manager adsun offshore diving contractors pvt ltd
The job requires a Master's degree in accounting or an Advanced degree in Accounting, or currently pursuing the CA (Chartered Accountants) program. It necessitates proven experience in Finance Management, strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and people management qualities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity. Auditing experience, compliance orientation, and proficiency in the accounting software Tally are also essential. Analytical skills are a must.The candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to Accounts, Finance, MIS, and Secretarial Records. This includes being familiar with Cost and Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting. Experience in day-to-day banking operations, preparation of CMA for loan proposals, and compliance with banks post-loan disbursement is required. The candidate should be able to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, report variances, manage dashboards, conduct cost analysis, and review overheads. Additionally, maintaining corporate documents such as the register of Members and Directors is necessary for secretarial compliance.This is a full-time position, and the preferred education requirement is a Master's degree. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, CA, and total work experience. A Chartered Accountant license/certification is preferred. The work location is in-person.,
