Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding period.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Onboarding Manager should have:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of KYC/AML onboarding experience
