Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & System Integration As the Finance Transformation & System Integration lead, you will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role in driving the transformation of Finance and Procurement functions. You will spearhead efforts to modernise processes, integrate systems, and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and business performance. This role requires a forward-thinking, collaborative individual who thrives on solving complex challenges, delivering impactful solutions, and championing digital adoption across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Procurement, HR and other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and sustainment of transformation initiatives and system implementations that are aligned with the organisation\'s long-term goals. Role & Responsibilities Process Optimization & Finance Transformation Analyse current financial, procurement, and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and areas for enhancement. Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and implementation of best practices. Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and digital tools to strengthen the Finance team’s analytical, operational, and reporting capabilities. Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics and ensuring the sustainability of newly implemented processes. System Integration and Implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current system landscape and identify opportunities for integration and improvement. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of financial systems, including ERP platforms, business intelligence (BI) tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Ensure systems are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with organisational needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. Oversee system maintenance, user access controls, and compliance with internal control standards. Project & Change Management Lead cross-functional projects from inception through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans, with proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement. Provide timely updates and reports to senior leadership on project milestones, key decisions, and strategic implications. Foster a change-ready culture and actively manage change adoption by delivering training, documentation, and hands-on support. Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration Act as a trusted liaison between Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout transformation efforts. Provide systems administration support, oversee user access governance, and ensure compliance with relevant financial policies. Collaborate with internal partners to promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and alignment with the mission and strategic priorities of the organisation. Qualifications, Competencies & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in Accounting, Finance operations and FP&A Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles, internal control, and regulatory frameworks Proven experience leading organisation-wide transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, system implementation, and change management in finance and procurement contexts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of developing process maps and translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering measurable impact.
