Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality fish soup that meets the standards of a reputable establishment.

  • Prepare raw fishes and cut them into required portions
  • Engage in daily prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of fish soup
  • Keep the department fish soup preparation area clean and organized
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs
  • Carefully handle raw seafood, follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards)
  • Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B preparation is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and adhere to all health and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools
