JOB DESCRIPTION
The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive is the initial point of contact for learners and parents on all academic and learner services queries and requests. Our Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative functions to assist in the delivery of a wide variety of learner services. The Learner Services Executive / Senior Executive works closely with Admissions. As the Learner Services Senior Executive, you will be required to submit a monthly report, support the Director of Learners' Acquisition with the coaching of Executive and part timers.
ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as afirst point of contact for prospective and existing learners, handling learners and parents enquiries and requests via phone, email or in person in a courteous, respectful, professional and confidential manner
• Manageand maintain learner files and computer based records, ensuring they are up to date and that it contains all relevant documentation
• Maintainandmonitor class attendance records and coordinate all relevant reports
• Handle, coordinate and monitor stakeholders complaints, feedback and grievances, in a sensitive and timely fashion
• Manage/Coordinate/Provide support for extracurricular activities (clubs, trips, etc), Open Day, New Learners Orientation and Parents Meeting
