Company Description Hai Robotics is a robotics technology company committed to automating warehouses and factories with logistic robots. Its flagship product, HaiPick, is an autonomous case-handling robot (ACR) system that intelligently identifies desired totes and cartons and brings them to the workstation autonomously. With HaiPick, warehouses can be automated within 1-2 months, resulting in increased efficiency and storage density. The solution has been successfully applied in various industries including Fashion, 3PL, Retail, Electronics, and Healthcare.Job Responsibilities: Handle customer after-sales service requests and complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, understand customer needs and provide timely feedback Analyze after-sales service data, formulate improvement measures, and continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards to ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales services Maintenance Services: Replace spare parts, conduct inspections and maintenance, track and report issues, and provide service feedback. Job Requirements: Nitec or Diploma and above, preferably mechanical engineering, mechatronic, automation, electronic engineering, or related fields. At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably experience in after-sales service and maintenance Possess excellent communication skills and team management abilities, able to effectively coordinate and lead a team to achieve work objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service awareness, able to quickly respond to customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions. Familiar with robotics, warehousing, logistics, or related fields, with a deep understanding of after-sales service processes and standards Basic English and Mandarin language proficiency
