Social Worker (Youth Care Specialist)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing individual youth cases, conducting orientations, setting intervention goals, and providing timely reviews.

You will build and maintain partnerships with employers, schools, social service agencies, and community networks to support reintegration efforts.

Additionally, you will present case updates at formal platforms to report on intervention progress and coordinate with operations teams to provide necessary case details for daily movement and logistics.

As a key member of our team, you will plan and conduct group activities or therapeutic group work for youth residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the social service sector
  • Solid understanding of social work theories and intervention techniques; interest in developing clinical skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Skilled in case assessment, planning, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Passionate about youth development and making a meaningful impact on their lives
