Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Care Mentor/Student Care Teacher to join our team. As a Youth Care Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering lesson content to children and youth, ensuring their daily assignments are completed, and participating in community-based initiatives to promote their wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with children and youth, and possess a passion for nurturing them. A diploma or above qualification is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCE N/O/A levels/Diploma and above
  • Team player attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Possess a passion for nurturing children/youth
  • Experience in working with children/youth preferred
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $8 - $15 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience), as well as an attractive Employee Referral Program. Our working hours are Monday to Friday (non-school holidays) 10am to 7pm, with school holiday working hours being 8-hour shifts between 7:30am to 7pm.
