Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM-based project delivery, team management, and technological advancements.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective BIM project delivery processes. This includes defining BIM requirements, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely project completion. You will lead and manage a team of experts to adopt and implement BIM tools and technologies, and conduct ongoing reviews of project models, workflows, and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include preparing and updating project BIM Execution Plans, coordinating with project teams, clients, and authorities to finalize plans, and monitoring progress. Additionally, you will research and promote advanced BIM-related technologies towards integrated practice, and develop the technical skills of your team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent formal training in BIM. A minimum of four years' experience in engineering roles related to BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, and submission to local authorities is also required.

Experience in large-scale public projects, building, and infrastructure projects across various regions, such as Asia and the Middle East, is essential. Certification in BIM Management from relevant authorities is preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

The selected candidate will be based at Neythal Road, working on a 5.5-day schedule. As a highly motivated individual, you will thrive in an environment where commitment and responsibility are valued.
