BIM Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized BIM Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of building information modeling (BIM) on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality shop drawings and submit them within stipulated timeframes.
  • Coordinate with site engineers to update shop drawings and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage all BIM-related aspects of projects from tender to construction stage, including coordination with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables, as well as efficient collaboration and coordination of design teams.
  • Validate data flow internally and externally, ensuring the required level of detail, modeling content, and quality control.
  • Participate in design and model coordination meetings and reviews sessions.
  • Contribute to the company's SHEQ initiatives within the scope of duties.
