The Head of Learning & Development, Partnership Distribution will lead and drive the development of Prudential Group Partnership Distribution (PD) strategy and our strategic ambitions in Learning & Development (L&D). This role will continue to enhance both Prudential's and our partners' capabilities by ensuring best-in-class L&D content and delivery as the centre of excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the PD community.
Responsibilities
L&D Roadmap & Program Development

Develop & own Partnership Distribution's L&D strategic framework, by owning the design and deployment of facilitated and self-paced learning, managing L&D operations, and expanding access to experiential learning. Work closely with key partnership
