As a dynamic and results-driven professional, we are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example : Demonstrate impeccable service standards, handling guest requests and feedback with empathy and professionalism. Ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences and provide tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Lounge Operations : Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to standards, and coordination with other departments to maintain exceptional facilities and offerings. Manage inventory and cost controls, while driving the implementation of technology solutions.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor lounge associates; plan rosters; conduct performance reviews and skills development; and foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
  • Growth and Loyalty : Drive loyalty program enrollment and engagement; identify upselling opportunities; collaborate with marketing and sales on VIP events; and ensure accurate tracking of loyalty program benefits.
  • Performance Analysis : Prepare and analyze guest feedback reports and operational KPIs; submit shift reports and performance summaries; and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
